KNTXT Group was built on a different premise: that the most beautiful rendering in the world is worthless if it doesn’t drive leasing outcomes. We built a firm around that conviction.
The story
KNTXT Group began as Resident360 — a visualization practice founded in Des Moines with the specific goal of helping multifamily developers compete on visuals in a market that had historically underinvested in pre-leasing marketing.
Over time, the work grew more strategic. We weren’t just producing renderings; we were helping developers think about which spaces to prioritize, which resident profiles to target, and how visualization could be used to accelerate the entire leasing funnel — from first impression to signed lease.
That evolution required a new name. KNTXT — pronounced /'käntekst/ — reflects the firm’s actual practice: understanding the context behind every project before producing a single frame.
Today, KNTXT Group operates from four offices across the US and Europe, serving multifamily developers, luxury residential operators, and mixed-use developers who want visualization that performs.

Principal & Founder
Dijana Mihajlovic is the founding principal of KNTXT Group, a real estate visualization and design consulting firm serving multifamily developers, luxury residential operators, and mixed-use developers across the United States and Europe.
Dijana built her practice on a single principle: visualization without strategy is decoration. Before founding what was originally known as Resident360, she spent years inside the real estate industry — close enough to developers and leasing teams to understand that great renderings aren't about technical perfection, they're about driving outcomes. That orientation toward measurable results — lease-up velocity, application conversion rates, investor confidence — became the firm's defining characteristic.
Under Dijana's leadership, KNTXT Group has expanded from its Des Moines founding into offices in Chicago, Sarasota, and Belgrade, and has worked with some of the most respected names in multifamily development, including Roers Companies, The Rinaldi Group, and Greco.
She brings to every client engagement a rare combination: deep knowledge of the real estate development process, fluency in design and visual communication, and a business strategist's focus on what drives decisions. That perspective — and the results it produces — is why KNTXT's clients keep coming back.
Outside the studio, Dijana is a sought-after speaker on visualization technology, lease-up strategy, and the future of real estate marketing. She is a member of the National Apartment Association (NAA) and actively involved in the multifamily professional community.
