Dijana Mihajlovic is the founding principal of KONTEXT Group, a real estate visualization and design consulting firm serving multifamily developers, luxury residential operators, and mixed-use developers across the United States and Europe.

Dijana built her practice on a single principle: visualization without strategy is decoration. Before founding KONTEXT Group, she spent years inside the real estate industry — close enough to developers and leasing teams to understand that great renderings aren't about technical perfection, they're about driving outcomes. That orientation toward measurable results — lease-up velocity, application conversion rates, investor confidence — became the firm's defining characteristic.

Under Dijana's leadership, KONTEXT Group has expanded from its Des Moines founding into offices in Chicago, Sarasota, and Belgrade, and has worked with some of the most respected names in multifamily development, including Roers Companies, The Rinaldi Group, and Greco.
