The Challenge
Greco needed more than a standard flythrough to represent The Lorient. The building's design and Chicago location warranted a presentation piece that could stand up in boardrooms and investor decks, not just on a property website.
Our Approach
We approached the animation as a short film: deliberate pacing, a cinematic soundtrack, intentional camera choreography, and lighting crafted to flatter the architecture at its best. Every frame was art-directed, not auto-generated.
The Results
The Lorient animation became the anchor presentation asset for investor and leasing conversations — a piece that communicated the ambition of the development before steel was in the ground.
