The Challenge
Canvas needed to reach a broad geographic prospect pool well before the building was move-in ready. A static website and renders weren't enough for prospects who wanted to 'walk the floor' before committing to a relocation.
Our Approach
We built a fully navigable 360° virtual tour with embedded lead capture, hotspot annotations for unit features, and analytics integration. The tour was designed to function as a standalone leasing asset — not just a novelty feature.
The Results
Canvas gave remote prospects a genuine sense of the building's scale, finishes, and layout without requiring an in-person visit. The tour drove qualified inquiries from out-of-market renters and supported the leasing team's remote consultations.
